Needed to replace my AC unit which was installed by Chris in 2002. Kalvin was sent to diagnose my AC he is a very knowledgeable and polite technician. It was decided that I needed a new. We decided on the top of the line unit. A few days later, Nick and Christian arrived to remove the old unit and install the new one. These two professional technicians had all the right/proper tools and equipment. A superb job. If you are looking for AC service, Chris' is the best choice. There prices are right and service is top notch.

Brand new outside and inside unit. Do you wanna know why? Because we called the wrong people to come out and service our old unit when it wasn't cooling properly. We called Chris's Cooling and when they arrived they diagnosed that we had a small freon leak and proceded to fill our system with 410A freon. Well guess what? Our system doesn't use 410A freon. He was supposed to put R22 freon in our system because it was manufactured before 2010. Guess what happens when you put the wrong kind of freon in a unit? It literally destroys the inside unit and outside!!! So, we called AC Contractors for a second opinion. They discovered the colossal mistake the other company made. Here we are $15K later with a new inside and outside unit. Calling the wrong company can be very costly. We've contacted Chris's Cooling and they refuse to pay for our new system. They won't even refund the money they charged us for the original call out. I guess it's time to get a lawyer. Any recommendations for a good attorney would be appreciated. BTW, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND AC CONTRACTORS. They did a great job and very respectful.

Just had to replace my AC/Heating system and as you all know that is a major expense and can be a very bad experience, especially if taken advantage of by some companies. I had a warranty maintenance plan with another company (Superior Heat & AC) so I called them out and they told me it had to replaced. I explained I am disabled and on a fixed income and not able to afford much. Long story short they gave me a bid of $5250 with a payment plan of about $66 monthly so I called Chris' AC/Heat for an estimate and Robert came out, nice guy. Explained they same to him about fixed income and gave me an estimate of $4251 @ about $60 monthly with cash option of $3651 for a savings over the other company which I had been with for years of $1600. The scheduling of the installation was basically painless had new unit within 2 days. Trey and the other guy, sorry can't remember his name, were very nice and prompt. Install only took a couple of hours, very impressed! Needles to say I will be using Chris' for all my AC/Heating needs in the future. Thank the Lord for Chris'
