  Brian and crew were very professional and punctual. My AC and heater have not worked this well since I lived in this house. Best decision I made was choosing Chimney Rock.

  Having a service provider who responds promptly and does excellent work is a comfort for a homeowner who has a older home. If we have an AC issue when it is hot, Chimney Rock comes to the rescue quickly. All the service folks are great to have in your house and the owner makes sure you are taken care of correctly. They are folks you can trust.

  Chimney Rock provides a high quality service at a fair price. They are reliable and do not try to sell something you don't need. Always responsive and courteous. They don't cut corners that will hurt you later. We once use others and regretted it. They lay out the alternatives and let you choose. We are very happy with them.
