  Called them yesterday for a routine AC checkup. The person I spoke with seemed uninterested in my call and annoyed by my questions. I asked for an appointment for the service and he was dismissive of even setting a time or date to come out. I gave him my call back information and asked him to call me back after checking their schedule. They never called back. Very disappointed at having been brushed off by this business.
