  The employees at Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor went above and beyond to replace my water heater tank that had cracked. Erick, Joshua, and Felix who all arrived during their stated time window were professional, extremely courteous, and worked quickly to diagnose the issue and install the new water heater. Truly exceptional service at a fair price. Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor, you've earned a new customer. I am happy to highly recommend this company to others too.

  From the beginning I was very satisfied with our experience. I was able to call, get a quote (while other companies did not return our calls or were less than transparent). Scheduling was very easy, and we received a reminder the day before. On the day of, Alan came out to service and clean my boiler. He and the crew called in advance and showed up on time. He walked me through the initial inspection, pointed out potential concerns, and detailed the work to be done. In addition, he was able to answer my questions about our radiators and how to do proper in home maintenance on them. The work was completed efficiently and to our satisfaction. I can’t recommend this service enough.

  They replaced my heat pump split. The installation crew was efficient, engaging, and helpful. The office staff communicated well. I appreciated their response times throughout the process. It was not cheap, but I feel like I got good value for my money. Would absolutely recommend.
