We needed help in Wheaton.  Our Lennox furnace was acting up and we were referred to Always There for a diagnosis and repair.  It turned out the pressure switch was failing and needed to be replaced, pronto.  Dave quickly got the right part from distribution and installed it.  Problem solved, and at a very fair price!

I would recommend Always There to any homeowner needing expert repairs at a fair price.

The level of customer service and professionalism was a definite 10 across the board. Shout out to technicians Lazlo and Company for fixing the problem so expertly and quickly.

These guys are the best.  We have had Patrick and team out 3 times in the last year due to some random hvac issues.  They are always quick to get us on the schedule, always on time, quick to diagnose the issue and super friendly.  Patrick has been thorough in discussing the issues he has found and was super helpful when I needed to choose a new furnace.  Highly recommend this place!

Our furnace died so we called Chicago Heating and Cooling. We’ve used them before and they usually do a very good job. This time though, the work was exceptional!  1.) They came right away as usual. 2.) The technician was honest in letting us know just how bad off our furnace was - THIS WAS BIG JOB! Fixing it would be just as expensive as purchasing, so we decided to purchase. We were so impressed how the technician Patrick provided us with unit they sell and at a great price. I highly recommend that Patrick receive recognition for exceptional service provided!!! Patrick, first of all introduced himself in a professional manner - he began by explaining step by step what was going to be done and how long it was going to take. They began right away and even though they ran into challenges, they worked tirelessly until this job was done. With as much work that was done including tear out, drilling through the walls, working out in the cold, it didn’t matter! He answered all of our questions, and explained where he was in the installation process clearly and thoroughly so that my wife and I were comfortable with whole process!!! When they finished they cleaned up very well and explained what work he had done and how to care for this unit properly. If you are in need of serious work to be done in your home I highly recommend calling Chicago Heating and Cooling , I promise you, you will not be disappointed they are a professional company that has the best professionals working for them!

My furnace was not working properly for a month in this frigid weather.  The people who own my apt sent 3 different men, 3 different times and no one could fix my furnace. Patrick called me and sent a furnace technician, Lazaro who came prepared, found the problem, got my furnace working till he could get the parts.  Lazaro told Patrick the parts needed Patrick put a rush on the parts and as soon as the parts came in Lazaro was at house putting in the  much needed parts and fixed my furnace.  For a month I was in the cold in my house 57°, 60°.  I am greatful there are people like Patrick and Lazaro who know what they are doing in their business repairing furnaces and giving people the much needed heat that is needed in the cold weather. I am a  greatful and now warm woman in her Late 80's who is now warm thanks to Patrick and Lazaro.   Jean Ryan
