  Do not use Cherry's Heating and AC. Known Jp for a long time and he ripped us off. I gave him 1,200 dollars for an AC unit in the beginning of March and never received the condenser and unit. I asked for our money back and nothing. I heard every excuse under the sun, he supposedly got our unit but sold it to someone else. Then the supplier was back ordered, then 15 units were going to be delivered, then the order was backed up, then he was ordering us another unit and heard nothing from him. Then he was giving us our money but heard nothing. Horrible how you are running your dads business in the ground for Steve would be disappointed. Also doesn't help when he knows my wife is a cancer survivor who had a hysterectomy this year and suffers from constant hor flashes and the ac unit we have takes forever to cool the house down, on top of my multiple health issues and a disabled child in the home.

  Jp Cherry was a friend of over 20 years! I bought in cash a brand new furnace and central air unit! This is going on 2 years ago! He installed my furnace great! Bug Ive never recieved my central air unit! Stupid me didn't get a receipt at the time, he was supposed to get one to me this last tax season, and never did. He had excuses after excuses as to why he wasn't working at the time, etc. Then supposedly his warehouse which sits on his home property was robbed of all the new units, and then I was put off again.... Well now I've been blocked on Facebook , can't contact him there... He will not reply to any of my texts. Won't answer calls. I paid JP 4800 cash upfront. Because I trusted him. And he was like family! And now he ripped me off, took my money and I've never gotten my central air unit! I've asked over and over for a refund for the central air unit plus labor that I paid him! Because I've already gone through another company, I needed air in my home I take care of my 82yr old mother with emphysema! He knows this! I just can't believe he ripped me off! I'm gonna take him to small claims court! And try to get my money back! Shame on u JP Cherry! Your giving your Fathers business a bad name!
