  Brandon was on time and very pleasant, he immediately went straight to work exchanging out upstairs and downstairs toilets. He was articulate and extremely efficient. He also exchanged out shower heads and demonstrated for me how to cycle through the various water streams . He left zero mess behind and even hauled away the boxes from the new toilets. Brandon is an extra helpful and polite young man who even placed my heavy bathroom storage shelving unit over back of toilet. Brandon volunteered to take out a swarm of wasps that were huddled on the lattice inside my porch that I had just noticed. He told me to go inside while he sprayed the wasp spray I had in hand. I am highly allergic to bee stings and my Hero Brandon may very well have saved my life!!!

  This review is for plumbing services. We had Corbin and Jr come and install a gas line from our furnace to our upstairs for a stove. They also installed the stove for us. They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and willing to go the extra mile on the little things when asked such as making sure the stove was level. I ended up calling later to confirm something and Jr was courteous and willing to explain one aspect of the job that I had not seen in person. The price was also very fair and far more affordable than 2 other plumbers I had gotten bids from. Overall very satisfied with the service. Will definitely look to again with plumbing needs in the future.

  I had a gas leak in my home which affected my water heater and furnace. After reporting this to the city, my system was red tagged and cut off, leaving my family with no heat or hot water in November. After working with Chastain, I know I made the right decision calling them. Phil, our technician, was so personable, professional, and just overall helpful! He took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough in his work. The office was also super helpful and responsive too. Even with all of the back and forth work that had to be done (taking turns with the city as they had to pull a permit, get an inspection, and call to have the gas turned back on), I had my heat and hot water back on within 48 hours! As a mamma with a 12 month old, I was very grateful!! Thank you Chastain for all of your help!!!
