  I had the pleasure of using these amazing people last winter when we had a gas leak and no heat for weeks on end while we were waiting for help with funding the repair, they came out and made sure we were nice and warm right before Christmas. They did wonderful work and were such nice guys. We will be a repeat customer for years to come with tune ups and I always recommend them to family or friends when they need things fixed!

  Had a water heater replaced by Charles Heating and Cooling yesterday. Super nice people. The price was great. 1 issue: the new piping to the water heater doesn't appear to have been checked thoroughly, as it was leaking gas in my house. Returned home in the evening to a strong smell of gas. I called Charles Heating and Cooling when I smelled the gas but got their voicemail, as it was after business hours. I then called out DTE Energy to have them resolve it. It was a bit scary as we have never had to deal with a gas leak before. *The image below is the result of the test the DTE technician did.

  Very quick response to our air conditioning problem. Cheaper than I anticipated, also. Every brand and every system will break down eventually. The service you receive from Charles' sets them above other companies.
