  Our experience was great. I called about a used refrigerator, the girl answered and bf we told her we w be up she had the guys bring them to the showroom and plugged them in and Roy helped us the next day and pointed out the things that were not 100 percent and we bought the smaller but most expensive one, it has taken away so much stress trying to jam everything into one fridge, thank you all staff !!! It's still working 👍 thanks the Rapp's ...😊

  Burns has great customer service. They are quick to respond and get the job done right. We just had an electrical emergency and they were able to come first thing the next day to solve the problem. They are also very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing along the way. I'd highly recommend and will continue using them.
