These guys went above and beyond on my AC unit. I bought a property for a new business and the AC had not been taken care of. I had received other bids and all of them said I needed to replace the interior and exterior unit for about $10,000. The owner even came out to take a look himself - he suggested I would need a new unit soon but they tried a few fixes knowing I am a new business needing to get my feet under me (coil clean, freon re-charge, new compression valve) and it worked!! It saved me thousands. The guys were all so nice and celebrated with me when it started working again. Just the nicest people. Highly recommend these guys. All their prices were fair as well compared to the other bids I had received.

My ac went out and with summer coming quickly, I had very little time to get the cool breeze blowing again. Enter Chapman's heating and air. They were both professional but giving me the warm feeling of being part of the family. They came and helped me pick a system that was in my budget and suitable for the size of my house. The care they took of me has made me a customer for life. If you need anything involving heating and air conditioning done on your home you would be crazy not to go with Chapman's heating and cooling.

Never the one to ever write a bad review but I have to warn people about this place... We called “Chris” and got a tech to come out and take a look at our ac as it stopped working. A tech comes out and gives me a quote of 475 for the part and 2 hours labor. Never took the part apart or anything just literally looked at my machine and gave me that estimate.... I told him that we needed to get it fixed so send me a quote and we will see what’s best for us. The manager or owner Chris calls me and says the part is 600$ And he will do me a favor and only charge 1 hour labor... sounds great, but after a little more digging we find the part for 230 brand new and had a guy come out to install it in under 30 mins with NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH GOODMAN BLOWER MOTOR. Total of about 400 as we paid the man as good as we could considering he saved us 300-400$. I hope people read this review and understand that I am not upset or Angry, just want to be sure that no one in this small community gets taken advantage of.
