  Our builder for our basement used Champion, and we trust him greatly so anyone he says is good, is good in our book - and he said Champion is the best. A few months after the install, we ran into an issue with the heat not cutting off at the target temp - called in, Brittany on the phones was courteous and got me a serviceperson scheduled for a repair visit right away. The serviceperson, Daryl, was on time (they called with a 10 min heads up), fixed the issue in five minutes, and was willing to answer my questions about some details of our 2-zone setup. He was very friendly, willing to teach me about the system, and just professional overall, as well as clearly knowledgeable. Great experience and we'd highly recommend this company.

  We have used Champion Heating and Air for 9 years since moving to the area. They always get us scheduled promptly, I feel comfortable leaving my home while their technicians are working, their pricing is very fair, and they treat us like gold because we are repeat customers. I’ve never had to have them come back out for a problem they’ve fixed. I am so thankful for this reliable and professional company!

  Every employee I was in contact with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My service tech, Tyler Allen was attentive to my every need which included keeping my A/C cooling for a week until a new unit could be installed. The installers were on time, efficient and answered all my questions. Pricing was reasonable. Given todays servicing quality Champion stands head and shoulders above the rest in all arears.
