  Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff & 24 hour service. They also have a line of grills, supplies, spices & rubs, smokers, outdoor living, kitchens & furniture. Community-based family business.

  Had the part I needed for after hours service. Picked it up myself and installed myself but still charged $150. On call + huge markup on the part. I understand it's a business but I felt pretty taken advantage of for the price. I will take my business elsewhere.
