  Jamie- as the first person I spoke to when setting up the appointment- your excellent communication over the phone is appreciated. You make the company look/sound professional and competent right from the start. Chad- thank you for the time you took to explain everything and work with me on a few different solutions. You can be proud of your team. Tyrone & Nate did an excellent job. Professional, efficient, informative, friendly, and of course completed the repairs correctly. What more could I want? They'll be my first call next time I need a repair.

  After requesting a quote for A/C condenser repair vs a replacement or entire system, I was blown away at the quick response. In just hours Chad Sr. himself responded and got me "chillin". He performed a repair I had been told by another company could not be done. They said I would be wasting my money in the attempt and should purchase a new condenser instead. Just that erroneous information and "free" filters cost me $69. Honestly, I know it's due for an upgrade soon but not right now and certainly not at their price point. I found Chad's honesty, knowledge and expertise refreshing.. He's the real deal! Very impressive. When the time comes for a new system, he's got my business! He saved me thousands today! I opted for the annual maintenance plan as well. I've finally found an A/C company that has my back and it feels good. Man, it's cold up in here!

  Chad personally met with us. He detailed a heat pump system that would handle all our needs and provided recommendations on additional areas of concern. Technicians were professional and very knowledgeable of all products. Installation performed in a timely manner. All debris removed before they left. Highly recommend this company.
