  I had a very pleasant and agreeable conversation with Gabby, from Cernak Fuel (HOP Energy) to answer questions and ultimately arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution to my concern of the current pricing of home heating oil. Gabby was extremely helpful and resourceful in explaining the options available and was very professional and understanding of my situation. Thank you for restoring my confidence in Cernak Fuel as I have been a customer for over 40 years.

  I have been a costomer for over 20 years and have always receivwd great service. I recently needed a delivery and originally I was told I'd have to wait 6 days. Usually they would deliver in 1-3 days. They were able to fit me in for 3 days. The problem came when I received my bill...888.000!!! They were charging a $1 more per gallon than other local companies. This is totally unacceptable and will most likely not order from them again. ****Update**** Cernak Fuel reached out to me and worked with me to resolve this issue. I appreciate that they value their customers enough to take the time to do that. I've always found their customer service to be exceptional so I shouldn't be surprised that again they came through for me.

  Very pleased with the courteous, knowledgeable service I received today. I was able to set up a payment plan that works for me and ensures some stability in an uncertain fuel market. I have been a Cernak customer for some time and they have always been helpful.
