  Very polite and professional company! I’ve used them for repair on my old A/c system and installation on my new one. They have always answered my call or returned my call within the hour, even on weekends. Very satisfied with the services they’ve provided. Highly recommend.

  Total rip off. This guy was called out to Churchs chicken in Lucedale for air conditioning not cooling. A simple fix of replacing a contactor costed $593. He charged a service call of $72, a diagnostic fee of $39, on top of $181 for labor fees and was there less than an hr. Charged a 400% up charge for the contactor, $131 for a transformer that didn't need replacing, and $98 for a thermostat that was working fine. I'm the in-house maintenance guy that does all Ac/refrigeration and I was on vacation so the store had to call someone local and boy did they pay the price. I called the owner to question the charges, he kept repeating my questions because he had no answers. Then became irate and said if I don't like his billing, not to call him back! He was paid in cash at the time of service so it was too late to dispute the charges or cancel a check. Please do not use this guy! A total scam artist. Knowing the manager wasn't going to check behind him he added a lot of "BS" to the invoice. I've been doing this work for a while and I know standard billing procedures. $593 cash for less than an hr labor plus a $20 contactor. Not a bad days pay for a crook!

  Was quoted $4,000 from a different company to fix the issue, ended up being $520 with these guys. Definitely a $ave!
