  We worked with John and he did a great job. He explained everything to me as he looked at our system and helped me understand what was wrong and how we could fix it. He was understanding of our situation and did not pressure us at any point. He always showed up on time and was willing to help us accomplish the job in a timely manner. We are happy with how it all turned out and know that we can rely on John.
