  The service tech showed up as scheduled and listened to what I had to say. He then checked my furnace and let me know what he found. He then cleaned the sparker, checked the unit and installed a new filter I provided. He offer some advice about air flow and the importance of changing out the filter. The furnace works well and I thanked him. Great service.

  A great experience when they replaced our old water heater with a new tankless water heater. Nice and professional and friendly so we also hired them to come back and replace a bathroom faucet. They are very fair, honest and reliable.

  My husband and I purchased an AC unit from Eric Macdougall in July. It's a big purchase and the options can be overwhelming.. Eric walked us through every step and helped us pick out the perfect AC unit for our home, right before the heat wave in July! We were so thankful for AC last summer! Our machine is a beast! We highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling and their sales rep Eric.
