Denis installed a Mitsubishi Heat Pump system in my home in 2014, it's been running great ever since! One of the best home investments my husband and I have made. The unit is quite, efficient and keeps our home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Service was fantastic, he listened to our concerns and came up with solutions that best fit our budget. We plan on building in the future and I've already discussed heating and cooling options with Denis. I have no doubt we will be using Central Maine Air on all our future projects.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quick to service my system and answer any questions I have. Denis installed my unit 13 years ago and it's still working like brand new. I recommend this company to everyone I know.

I have a unit this company installed in 2010, and now they are telling me they will not service it any more. No notice, no help finding an alternate provider. The original installation was fine, however, the owner has a very unpleasant disposition and invoices are not well itemized.

I apologize for any miscommunication. As you stated I have serviced your equipment for 6 years. I have been in business for 30 years and this is the first bad review. As I told you on the phone at the time you called my wife was in surgery and I was unable to do any service calls for the next several days. I did suggest that if you were unable to wait that you should call someone else. If you misunderstood this to mean something else, again, I apologize for the misunderstanding, under the stressful circumstances I may not have been clear.
