  CCC installed a more efficient thermostat during the summer when in air conditioning mode. Option was to relocate thermostat and installation cost would cost more. When cool weather came because of Duel Fuel unit wouldn’t change to heat mode. Called CCC and they acted immediately. Good company

  So happy I stumbled upon Central Carolina! Shane was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable! He explained everything he was going to do, showed me what he did, and went ahead and told us something we should consider replacing with our next service. Didn’t try to give me the run around or sell me on anything we didn’t need done. Hard to find honest, reliable people sometimes but we will now be long time customers of CCC!
