They were very professional and quick to come out and install a new furnace. Austin did a great job in the initial visit going into more depth about my unit and what options were out there to replace it with. They didn't try upselling and gave me all the info to make my own decision. Highly recommend and their prices are very reasonable.

The cost to repair the ignitor was $268 which is quite a bit compared to what you can buy ignitor for. Had to pay $79 to find the problem plus cost of ignitor.

We do have a $79.00 trip/diagnostic cost that is communicated prior to dispatching a technician to your home and our technicians utilize a National Flat Rate Pricing System. This allows the technician to be able to communicate the cost prior to performing the repair as well as provide competitive marketplace pricing. Additionally, we offer a price match guarantee. If you find another company that can provide the same repair for a lower price, we will meet or match that.
