  Dawson was persistent in diagnosing and fixing an obscure problem with our heater. We had been without heat for two weeks through two rounds of ice/snow. Other HVAC businesses cancelled on us because of the bad weather. He did not leave until he had it working because he knew he would be unhappy about going to sleep in his own home without heat. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU!!!

  We needed a furnace installed because ours was so old and I think it wasn't going to hold out for much longer. I contacted a few companies to get bids. After questions and research we decided to go with Centigrade. Dawson showed up the next day and looked at our setup. He asked several questions and answered several of ours. He is very knowledgeable about all things HVAC. Very professional and courteous. I was impressed that within a few days he had showed up as planned, installed the furnace in less than a day. He explained several things during the installation and did some quality work. If you need a furnace installed at a reasonable price and need it done right, I would highly recommend Centigrade.
