We had problems with our furnace since we moved in. We contacted the company who installed it and they repeatedly told us nothing was wrong, just said we were using the wrong filter. Wayne came out and told us the actual problem was our intake was insufficient, therefore causing our heater to overheat and shut off. They got the issues fixed quickly. We originally called them to give us a quote on a new heating and AC unit, but wayne told us he could not in good conscious sell us a new system, because it was fine. They fixed the problem, installed some new HVAC for our basement we will be finishing, and added a humidifier to our current system. We are very happy with their work.

Wayne and his partner were so great. I had, had a different AC company come in, they didn't even look at anything, changed my filter and said nothing was wrong. Not these guys, they came in, asked some questions, immediately got on the roof, looked at issues and discovered my motor had ceased up. They got it fixed over night and we're back at my house less than 24 later and had fixed it in less than an hour! My only complainte is I had to wait 6 days from when I called for an avaliable appointment but I understand why they are so booked because they are good people with good service. I will come back to them and hallelujah 10 days later we finally have cool air! Thanks Cedar Valley Heating and AC!

Our cooler went out in August. Because I support local businesses, I called all the Cedar City HVAC vendors. Everyone was understandably booked out at least 3-5 days. But Cedar Valley Heating and Air told me they would work me in the following day between 12-5 PM. We made arrangements to be there; no one came or called. At 4:45 PM I called their office. The receptionist said that their repairman often worked as late as 7 PM. She assured me he would call and come. He didn’t. My house was 90 degrees inside all night. Several times last night and today I called the business line and it transferred me to Sam Milianta’s voice mail, who promised to call me back. He didn’t. It’s peak season for HVAC repairs. I understand they’re busy and would have understood the need to reschedule. I do not understand or excuse the lack of courtesy or professionalism of this company.
