  We were a customer of theirs. They've been here twice in the last 4 years. This time I called, it always goes to voicemail and left 3 messages over 6 days, not so much as a call back. I just want my heater serviced. I guess they dont need business that badly. They definitely lost our business for good. We are going with another company who actually anwsers their phone.

  Our A/C unit went out this morning ... called CECIL'S and Kevin had it fixed before 3pm. This past winter, while installing a new thermostat, we couldn't get it to work. Kevin came over right away and uncrossed the wires we had backwards. We highly recommend CECIL'S!!!

  My unit went and I called around to several companies trying to get help. Cecil Heating came through in a moment notice. They are the best! I will use them for this point on for all my heating and cooling services in the future. Kevin did an outstanding job!
