      My furnace failed last night so I called this company to buy the parts need to repair it. Joe answered the phone, and when I asked to buy the parts, he told me they only sell to licensed contractors, and REFUSED to sell the parts I need for my furnace. THIS COMPANY ENGAGES IN DISCRIMINATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES! I will ask the NY Attorney General to investigate.
