Please be careful with this guy on the road. He was doing nearly 80 in a 50 and tailgating like crazy this morning. I tried to get around him to be safe and he was making rude gestures and flipping me off. I felt unsafe and he continued to slow down and speed up depending on what I was doing! Keep away and try to act like an adult, especially when you are in a company van. He was a white male late 50s, retired navy vet-unfortunate that you have that sticker on your van and act like that. I will be contacting corporate and local authorities with pictures and video.

what a crying shame that such a wonderful brand as Carrier with so much potential can be such a miserable failure . I ordered a part on july 15 for a customer that was a thurs. followed up with them on monday and they said that for some reason it did not ship. that was on the 19th . I was assured that day that it would be overnighted . the next day no show. the 21st no show. could not get anyone on the phone. called morning of 23rd and waited on hold for a very long time and then was told that is still has not been shipped. They will call richmond to get to the bottom of this .........O K . meanwhile I have probably lost my customer. I hope you guys can find a way to get it together . we need you to get it together.

Worst service ever. They say they will call when your ordered parts arrive. I always have to call. When you call the store they put you on hold and forget about you. to bad you can't purchase Carrier parts somehwere else.
