  This is just an opinion as a small local dealer. It is not any of the stores faults for the corporation's mishandling of the customer. Carrier is one of my of parts suppliers (I refuse to sell their product). I hold nothing against the store in PSL or the other local branches for that matter or their representatives, it is the policies and infrastructure they are subjected to that make them process customers in the manner they do; as a corporation Carrier Enterprise is bad on all fronts, plain and simple in my opinion. They care nothing for the customer (especially the little guy), if you are a big commercial company they may have a little respect for you, but it seems they only care about money. They lack in proper communication, don't expect a call back if you have to leave a message (which is pretty much every time) when I do get a reply from someone there is usually (but not every time) an attitude like I interrupted their entire day with my petty request for assistance. The parts are always over priced and I usually have to wait for a while to be shipped in if it is an older machine. Warranty parts are even more of a nightmare (try to get your money back if you are not a dealer). They will not tell you if you need to return the part or not when you order it because they just don't know because the Carrier Enterprise information system is horrible, and then make you jump through hoops to get your credit back for their part that failed. Carrier equipment I cannot judge harshly, they are as good and as bad as all of the rest of them. At this point in my field it is the customer service that separates a good company from a bad company; all the equipment is the same anymore in this industry, it is how the customer is treated that keep them coming back. I suspect that there are about zero Carrier Enterprise higher ups reps reading this (they are too busy or just don't care about reviews) so I don't expect a thing to change; and if you are new to dealer side of this industry don't say nobody warned you this company.   Ever since Cody left this place no longer the great service it once was. New manager doesnt care and seems like you're more of a hassle to deal with. I'd rather go to Melbourne store now. Customer service is key to business.
