  After I crawled under house, The lights I had under house was destroyed. And the I had someone else go under house and they had told me how bad the install was with the welding and thing on the new unit was not done properly. No one should use this business unless this is the kind of service you want.

  I had this company come out last summer to look at my heat pump. The guy who came said he didn't know what was wrong and left. My son in law looked at it and said it need a new motor, so i called again. I was charged 2 service calls.The next week i called as my heat pump in another building stopped working. The owner came out and said i needed a new control panel, he ordered that and told me it was 400 for the panel, plus he charged me another service call, a couple of days later, it quit working and i called him and he came out and said it needed another part, charged me another service call. I payed 4 services calls at 125 each. The bill was over 900 dollars, i could have bought a new unit for less than that.When i ask him about all the service call charges he was very flip.In checking on the internet, to get a factory control panel it was 149.00 not 400.I feel this man riped me off. Now less the a year later it has quite again, i think the panel should still be under warranty. I'm sure if i call him he will over charge me again.Was not at all satisfied with the service. How can he have a 4-5 star review with no reviews written about this company
