  Not happy with service. My mom in-law got a new ac from them 4 years ago. Of course a major part goes bad. They not only made them wait, because we fill like it was due to being under warranty, they charged top dollar for replacement (only the part was covered). They ran in and out and told her they would mail the bill. A few days later, she gets a bill for almost a thousand dollars to replace a coil and fill with freon. They never gave her an estimate, they just charged her afterwards. Worst part, they took their time in working on it (like it took 2 weeks from beginning to end to locate problem and order part). It was not a good experience at all. If you have to worry about something breaking down in 4 years, why sell it? And if you have something under warranty, shouldn't the repair be under warranty? It almost felt like it was shady. Who does not want payment up front and doesn't give you a bill?
