  We bought a faulty washer that wouldn't drain from a bad dealer. Called Cates to fix it last week and he did a fantastic job! Was quick, efficient, and professional. It washes now with no problems. His pricing is also reasonable. Will use again when needed 10/10.

  Mr Cates came to repair a refrigerator for me. He was very professional and did everything possible to attempt to repair my refrigerator. Even though we ended up having to replace the refrigerator, I appreciate the manner in which this repair was handled. Mr. Cates also helped us in the process of choosing a new refrigerator. I will definitely be calling again if we ever need appliance repair services. Thanks so much!
