I have gone 3 times to their emergency room only to be given strong pain medication and sent home. Needless to say the pain always came back. Been in Texas for visit and pain started again. Went to st Lukes in huntsville Texas and they ran blood tests, urine,CAT SCAN and diagnosed me with diverticulitis.

I feel that my actual experience at the hospital was fine. I just had blood work done. The staff was pleasant. Although my frustration has been with the billing, I have received a bill every month for the last 9 months, I’ve paid it twice, (unknowingly) because I had so many doctors bills coming in at the time. After continuing to receive bills I finally figured out that I’d paid it twice and called in to see why I was still getting billed. Customer service was poor and didn’t know why I was still getting billed and also had no idea how to get the bills to stop coming. I called again after another month and getting another bill. Talked to another customer service representative, she said she would refund the amount I over paid but wasn’t sure why I was still getting billed each month, she was not apologetic or polite. I will avoid this hospital from now on, mostly because I wonder how often this is happening. Hospital bills are confusing enough, and there is a lack of trust here.

Great hospital. Great people. My family has been taken care of here for years now. The care, kindness, and compassion my grandparents have received by their primary care physician, Dr. Kelly Anderson and his staff, has been so amazing. The nurse in care management, Trina, has been so great at helping to coordinate their care and help ease any stresses and answer many questions re: their care and coordinating their plans. It has been a rocky road these past few months for our family and they have played such a huge part in helping ease of care. With multiple members of our family needing care in the Cassia Orthopedic Clinic we have also encountered the same level of care, kindness, and compassion from the staff in this clinic. The staff here are very knowledgeable and so willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions/concerns. Great experience here at Cassia Regional Hospital.
