My son who was 9 at the time, was physically abused by my ex girlfriend. She choked him until he was unconscious and threw a glass at his head and split it open. I filed a police report and they said they would give it to the prosecutor. Well it's been well over a year and nothing was done. I guess someone abusing a child doesn't match up against prosecuting dope heads. Way to look out for your community and its children.
