  This installation was $430 and it was run across my deck boards, not along the side of my deck. It was not secured so if kicked by accident, the whole thing could be dislodged, and I had a gas leak inside my home at my appliance that I found the next day because my whole kitchen smelled like gas. They did come back to "fix" the installation by using steel metal strapping which will cause corrosion of the copper over time, and the leak at the shut off valve was repaired. They offered to remove the installation but I was over a barrel with cold weather and out of time. The hourly labor rate was $150 for this work and I was billed for 2 hours to run <6ft of line, hook up an already mounted tank, and hook up a regulator.

  Cassady's as a licensed fuel piping contractor provided the sub contracting services to supply fuel to our outdoor kitchen. The project was complex, and with many gas lines in our home had to be done correctly. They did a fine job and installed everything to specifications. What impressed me most, was the responsiveness to my concerns as when we had an issue, they came right away on a busy Friday afternoon. It is that kind of service and concern for the customer that prompts my review.

  Horrible experience. Good ol’ boy with zero integrity. No-show for 2 appointments, then showed up to do the job after a another week and a half wait, only to decide he didn’t want to do the job. AND this wasn’t the first time he’d been on site to see the job. Shame on me for trusting somebody who has betrayed trust twice before.
