  It was a great experience from start to finish! Our AC completely went out 5 days before our scheduled install. They sent someone out the next morning to fix it until our new install, free of charge! Actual install was quick, the guys were very professional, and they left the job site spotless. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a new system or routine maintenance.   I called Jack for help with my AC that had a dirty filter and the unit had frozen up. He walked me through a few tips on how to get it unfrozen. The next morning, I turned the AC on (After replacing the Filter) and we had cool air! Jack is a true professional, in a time where he could have come out and we would have paid anything, he went above and beyond. We would and will recommend them to everyone.

  Fabulous experience from Casper Heating & Air Conditioning. Ken and the team did a fantastic job installing my new unit. They were professional, courteous, and worked very hard to get the job done quickly and properly. They took the time to thoroughly explain the new thermostat works. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them.
