  Most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!! No show, no communication. I contacted my Home warranty on Tuesday because my heating system wasn't working. Home warranty company assigned CasMech with a Friday appointment. I was told the technician would arrive between 11 and 3. Technician never showed up, not did anyone from CasMech call or text me that they would be late. I called the number provided numerous times with each call going to a full voicemail box. No response to text either. Now it is Friday after hours, going into a 3 day weekend with a major storm headed for the East coast. Truly unprofessional clowns at this company. Stay away.

  This company did not call before a holiday weekend when they received my work order from a home warranty company on a Thursday. I view this as an extreme lack of professionalism given I am experiencing heater problems during the coldest week of the year. Additionally, the mailbox for the provided phone number is full. If it takes 4 days simply call a customer to schedule an appointment I find it difficult this company will be able to accommodate any emergency issues. Open to changing my review but given the lack of contact from the company and a non-functioning voicemail I will leave this rating as a 1 Star until someone can actual make a phone call and schedule an appointment.

  I called CasMech a few days before my appointment to reconfirm. Chantal did my seasonal tuneup quickly and professionally. She explained what she was doing. In the future I want my home warranty company to use them for me.
