  Had them come out to work an a heat pump. Diagnosed a faulty compressor and was told I would not have to pay for parts and would only be covering labor. Was also told labor was 89 an hour which is reasonable. Tech spent a total of 3.5 hours working on system and I got a bill for over $1500. When asking for an itemized invoice the office staff stated that they could not provide one because that was something they didnt do. Looking up the compressor that was installed I found out it was approximately $400. Somewhere the math doesn't add up. Will be bringing this to the attention of the attorney general to view under consumer laws. Absolutely a shady company when it comes to billing folks. That being said the techs knowledge and workmanship was superb and is a credit to him as an individual.

We quoted you a flat rate price over the phone, which you authorized prior to repairs. The quoted flat rate price included these items: labor, new refrigerant, filter drier, starting components, freight, recovery of old refrigerant, disposal of old refrigerant and parts, nitrogen, leak check on repair, welding, warranty paperwork for compressor, testing system for normal operation. Cascade Mechanical is always upfront with all repair prices and making sure our customers authorize repairs prior to any work completed. We appreciate your feedback on our service tech’s workmanship.

  I appreciate your technician Ryan Easter, he was efficient, intelligent, friendly, and explained very quickly what my problem was with my air conditioning unit. The unit is now up and running and performing properly. Thanks Ryan for your service. I also appreciate Cascade Mechanical for getting in the parts in a timely manner and for coming out right away to address my concerns.

  I would like to report what a gem Cascade Mechanical has in their tech Ryan Easter. His tenacity at ferreting out the problems with my cooling system was impressive. He's a keeper. Also Kudos to Cascade Mechanical for allowing Ryan to make the repair under warranty even though I'm sure they didn't have to. I really appreciate that!! You have earned a loyal customer.
