  I am a new home owner in the Moneta area. Carters can highly recommended. They did not disappoint. Jamie came to diagnosis a problem with our new home. He identified the problem, reviewed the options with me, and then fixed it quickly. Jamie was very professional. He also examined over our outside unit and found a pair of bare wires. He fixed them quickly. I would highly recommend Carters. Very professional, reasonably priced, and provided quality service. Thank you!

  I called Carters Heating and Cooling with no AC this summer. Greg came out and couldn't fix the problem, said he needed to order a part.... 3 days later of blistering heat..Super great Technician named Jamie shows up with the part Greg ordered.Later to only find out it was a wire was broke! I am so glad that Jamie came and fixed my issue my 90 year old mom couldn't take much more of the heat. I highly suggest asking for Jamie whenever you call he is the man!! He deserves a raise he, hell he should be running the company... Covid delayed my review..

  We called to ask for someone to come check out our heat and we were beyond thrilled when they said they could get someone out to us same day. Not even 2 hours later Greg Carter showed up and figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We will only be using Carter’s Heating and Cooling from now on! Definitely someone you can trust so we highly recommend Carter’s!
