  New unit less than 1yr old and it stopped working, I had to use space heaters for 2 days so they could order part to replace. It was still under warranty so thankfully no $ out of pocket this time.

  I called Carter's after trying a few others and everyone was out at least two weeks. Spoke with the owner and he asked the issue and i explained that the mother in law was watching the house and the AC stopped working and she was suffocating indide with our dogs as it was too hot outside too. He said let me see what i can do, 20 minutes later i get a call from RJ who was there and explained everything to me and her. He was very thorough and professional and i will be using them when i install my next unit in my shop. I highly recommend!!!

  These people are awesome. They understood my needs. With having a 75 year old hospice patient living in my home. They had a quote within an hour and responded early the next morning with our unit. They were polite to my family. May GOD bless them and there families.
