We called this air company on Friday because our AC broke. They told us they would come out on Monday. We went through all the weekend with no air so we were more than ready to get it fixed especially considering we have two small children and it is hot. We called today to see when they would be coming by and were told they would call us back. We never heard from them, it is very frustrating considering we could have had someone else come look at it so here with are another day without our AC working. They do not seem to value their potential customers time nor wasting it. I would not do business with them. You will be waiting for years for them to stop by.

Updated: The owner just replied to my review. Of course they wont admit. We called Saturday around 11 am. Your employee or whom ever answered the call did in-fact use awful words. Call logs are available. And you’re correct, we’ve never done business and never will. You don’t talk to customers like that. Embarrassing. Called to see if we could get service. Was advised they didn’t have parts and would need to wait until Monday. We thanked them and said I need service today and released call. Person calls back and asks if we released the call. We said yes as they wouldn’t help. Person who worked for this company than started to use curse words and just being nasty. Definitely will never contact again. Just because I can’t wait until Monday doesn’t mean you should call back and curse at the customer.

This person has never called our company nor has spoken with anyone from this company. We have never done any form of business with this person either. It seems this person has mistaken our company with another or had spoken with another company on this day and has gotten that companies response mixed with another. We have nothing but utmost respect for our customers and would never use any derogatory language. If you ever do need assistance from us, feel free to call anytime.

It's hard to find an honest HVAC professional in our time, but Mr.Carter proved to be exactly the kind you want if looking for a fair price and not a rip-off. Also, the high quality job they performed in short period of time speaks for itself. They replaced my AC unit the next day after I called them and it only took them a few hours.
