  4 year old furnace in a 4 year old home, with a faulty heat exchange. Carrier Customer service will only warranty the part that costs $3300 in labor to replace. Poor customer service, the recommended warranty repair company recommended a new unit based on the difficulty, and cost of labor for the installation of this part. Carrier Colorado came to the rescue. They were extremely helpful and sympathetic to the problem I’m experiencing. They offered to get me a list of local companies that can do this type of work at a much lower cost. They admitted that this should not be happening to a 4 year old furnace. Much appreciated Carrier Colorado!!
