  We had an emergency and called Carr in the middle of the night. They had a wonderful technician, Chris, here by 10am and he was able to identify the problem, source parts, and repair the heater by noon. He was kind and helpful and walked us through the repairs to make us feel confident in the solution. They were fairly priced, honest, and courteous. Would absolutely (and will!) recommend them to family and loved ones.

  I have been using Carr for a year now . Chris is the absolute best technician ever. He is dependable, honest and very knowledgeable. My AC is running great thanks to Chris. I highly recommend Carr for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

  Carr is utilized by Duke energy so you know they are a solid company. Kevin the owner and his team are great, the entire process was streamlined and even after we needed to move up the installation date Kevin made it happen. Installation was perfect and I will use them for all my future work. Highly highly recommend
