  Carpinet was outstanding with helping me when my heat went out. They opened at 7am, explained that while they had a few customers ahead of me, they would get to me in a timely fashion, and were at my house within the next hour or so. Everything was fixed and my heat was restored. I can't thank them enough for their help and for such a hassle free experience. I hope I don't have to, but would absolutely use them again!

  The owners are the worst communicators on the planet. They were supposed to call me back with a quote for work that needs to be done in my apartment building. Instead they showed up unannounced and made my tenant have to come home from work early. I only gave them a second star because the quality of the work was very good. I called multiple times to get a call back from the owner and the secretary constantly took my messages and I never heard back from them. Poor communication.

  Our furnace would not stay on so I called Carpinet Plumbing & Heating. They arrived in a timely manner and Dave was super nice and professional. We were back up and warm in no time. I would definitely recommend them!!!
