  Definitely recommend this company! We were selling our home and had showings on a Monday and needed our carpets cleaned. We had a different company prior to this one but their machine broke and had to cancel on us last minute. This company was able to book us the very next day and was on time and the young man was very professional and did an awesome job! The young lady that answered the phone and booked my appointment was very nice as well! Once again excellent service all around! My carpets look great!!

  On Wednesday night I made an appointment online for Thursday at 1300. I got a call Thursday morning confirming my appointment. Red Gatorade spilled on the carpet and they came out punctually and cleaned it at a great price. The spot is not all the way gone but it is a lot better than it was before.

  First contact I did not receive the promised call back. 2nd contact was quick to give quote and very quick to set appointment and complete the job. Came early, after checking my schedule and was thorough and professional. Frederick was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
