I called this morning because my old boiler (original to my 92 year old house) was not working and the temperature was going to drop into the 30s tonight. Glen came over in the afternoon. He quickly fixed it and now I have heat. I have called him before and had a similar experience. He is very polite, tidy and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him. -- Gerri Berish, Syracuse
