  Called in the late afternoon for a technician to check out a problem with my heating unit. I was told they could have a technician to me today or tomorrow To my surprise the technician called me within a half an hour and was at my home within an hour and a half. Never used this company before but from their administrative staff to their technician Ryan, it was a great experience. Ryan the technician was prompt, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and their technician Ryan.

  Sadly, after our air conditioning unit shorted out during a storm, we had to replace it this week. Carpenter Heating and Air installed the last one 15 years ago during our new home construction. I called them again and received the same professional service as we did last time. They even called to make sure everything was functioning properly the next day. I highly recommend them.
