  I'm tired of fixing all of the coolers/freezers installed by this company. Must be nice to have ZERO accountability for a lack of skills, motivation and training. If this company had any amount of professionalism, they would assure the customer that the new equipment that was just installed, would actually work before leaving the job. After seeing your work, I understand the fear. I'll sum up my review in one word; PATHETIC!

  We had Carolina Refrigeration install an A/C unit 2 years ago with great service. We had Carolina Refrigeration come back and install our 2nd unit today. Roy and Steve replaced the units in no time. We compared prices and we couldn’t find a better price. Beverly was amazing with communicating with us from start to finish. We have had exceptional service! We highly recommend Carolina Refrigeration.

  Very well done Install ! A+++ ....Price and value is best ! I am the homeowner and a engineer by profession. My detailed observations of the people and efforts of Carolina Refrigeration residential install are 100% good. Kudo's to Ryan Hicks and Dylan Caruso ! Thorough testing and follow-up ensured the new 16 SEER Daikin has the best start on its life for hopefully many years to come...
