  This company came to my home three times to "repair" our HVAC system that was, apparently, dripping freon. It seemed apparent to me that there was no real interest in figuring out what the actual problem was. They were hired by the home warranty, came out three times,, and it wasn't until the last visit that they said they don't work with our kind of system. It has been close to a month without a reliable HVAC. Beyond frustrating. We are working with a different company now to resolve the problem.

  Our AC stopped working in June when it got hot and our home warranty company sent their crew out. At first they told us our thermostat was set wrong and they got it running again. About 30 minutes later the system shut down again. They came back and opened up the unit and said a sensor was broken so they “bypassed” it saying it was a duplicative sensor. Turns our 6 months later my hearing isn’t working because my system won’t defrost. The crew bypassed our defrost board to trick the system into running instead of replacing it! Now we’re having more issues on top of the original issue they didn’t fix. Total negligence by the lazy crew to take the time to check the entire system and make the needed repairs! I would hire this company.

  American Home Shield sent this worthless bunch out because my gas heat was having an issue with coming on. It runs just fine once it comes on but has been "humming" for 2-3 min before coming on (this is new). The crew called before they came, and showed up on time. I explained the problem and they went to the crawl space. They stood outside the crawl space, never went under the house to actually LOOK at the furnace, listened to it run, looked at the gas meter and said it was working fine. Yes, it works fine once it starts, starting is the problem. Pay you to come out and WORK, actually check out the furnace, not just stand around. Know not to use this company again.
