  Excellent experience with Carolina Comfort. Two techs arrived and got to work right away diagnosing an issue with a moldy smell while using the heater. They kept me informed along the way and implimented some fixes to address the issue. They were informative and thorough. The cost was also very reasonable given the amount of time they spent deep diving into the issue. Highly recommend this company.

  Joseph had to replace the humidifier canister. I was never informed that the canister needs to be replaced every 168 hours. I wish your installers would explained all that to me. It coast me $320 to learn that lesson. I could’ve bought and replaced it myself for $75. Carolina Comfort earns an F for that. However, Joseph did a great job.
