  Carlton's is the best. They've done my inspection and some general repairs, which was great in itself - timely and quality work, excellent price, and wonderful customer service. When my father's battery died due to massive corrosion, we had it towed to Carlton's and they fit us in the same day, checked and cleaned everything, and replaced the battery. I cannot say enough good things about the people there, from Sherri at the front to everyone in the back, and the work they do.

  Had my truck serviced because it was running very rough. Was promised the track back in one day.. At the end of the day. They tell me they didn't fine anything wrong on the machine. It ran horrible so I insisted they test it again. They finally agreed and they saw something wrong. $1100 later and another day,, it was fixed and it did run right. I also had them repair a leaking exhaust manifold the next week. Was again promised a 24 hr turnaround. 8 days later and $780, it was finally fix but. It seems to be right. I discovered that the center hub on the front wheel was missing. I brought this to their attention and they told me they had nothing to do with that. This was an insult because you could not replace the exhaust manifold if you don't remove the front tire. The owner finally conceded and agreed to look for another hub. 2 weeks later, I haven't heard anything. Would I go there again, ???? They did do the work correctly, was expensive and lost my parts but, I may still use them if I needed work done. But, in my world, integrity is a big thing.

  Service was very friendly and efficient as usual. They always respect people's time and finish the job punctually on the same day.
