  Being new to town, we weren’t sure who to call when we needed a contractor. Our neighbors highly recommended Carlisle, so we gave them a call. Since then, we have used Carlisle for everything from electrical work to plumbing to HVAC. They have always done an excellent job, given us a fair price, and they get us taken care of in an appropriate amount of time (right away if a plumbing emergency and scheduled promptly if anything else). I will continue to use them and recommend them! A++

  House was not getting below 76° on a hot day so I had one of there technician's come out and what he did made absolutely no difference, still ran all day and stayed at 76. Had him come back on a Friday, he talked on the phone as if he was going to be here around 4-5, showed up at 8:30 and made it WAY worse, now my house was 86°-87° ALL weekend. He finally came again Monday and got it back to where it was before I called them, still runs all day and stays at 76°. They also told me on the phone that most AC's will only keep a house 20° cooler than outside, which is absolutely BS because I know multiple people whose houses stay 70° on a 100° day. Don't show up on time, don't know what they are doing, terrible. Will not use again.

  I have used Carlisle multiple times lately. New Heating and Air unit and plumbing at a house I just sold and installing a sump pump back up system at our new house. Guys are always professional and on time. May not be the cheapest but I have always been happy with the service.
