  We have had Capritta maintaining our refrigerator bought from them for a long time. This was the first beyond warranty call we have had to make. the Service was invaluable and we even got tips on how to extend the life expectancy of the unit. Worth every penny.

  I’ve used Capritta in the past and they never disappoint me. I recently purchased a new microwave( it was the same price as the big box stores )it was an easy process. The microwave was delivered in less than a week and the three installers were personable and competent. They even brought a small vacuum and cleaned up. Who does that? The outside light on the microwave was soft yellow and not very bright and when I told Patt he bought me a new bright white light. It’s much brighter and I’m happy. Shop local, shop Capritta, they care about their customers.

  Adam came out to repair a stackable washer/dryer and determine if it was the cause of the flood in my condo. He quickly found that yes it was the cause but also advised that it would be more cost effective to get a new one than to repair the one I have. I so much appreciate all he did and his advice. Will definitely call Capritta in the future should I have the need. Thanks Capritta!
